Could you have a look at our COPES website and see what you think. We now need to update lots of photos and items that are out of date and which don’t reflect what we now do at COPES. All COPES members should have a say in how we present ourselves to new members. It would be great to get some feedback from you. Thoughts on the following would be most welcome:
- What would you have found useful when you were first referred to the hospital?
- How can COPES reach out to newly diagnosed ladies?
- Are our aims of Patient support, Raising awareness, Education and Research valid?
- What sort of features would you like to see?
- What sort of photos would you like to see?
- How can we improve our website in any way?

We are sorry to hear of the passing of the late Gemma Ogden, who worked as a research nurse in the Gynae Oncology team at the Southend Hospital until her retirement in 2013. Some of you may have known her. We are very grateful to Gemma’s family who have nominated COPES as the charity to receive bequests in Gemma’s memory.
May she rest in peace.

WONDERFUL NEWS!
Our lovely CNS team are once again able to support us at our coffee mornings from March 5th 2022. We will be seeing Liz on that day and we look forward to seeing other CNSs in future months.
