We hope you’ll join us to think about the year that has been and the year to come……..All the usual support, chat, free refreshments and our COPES raffle.
New members are always warmly welcomed.
A special treat for our February Coffee Morning Support Group on February 7th. We have guest therapist Natalie Tennant joining us mid-morning, to demonstrate and sell her beautiful collection of super-pure natural Tropic beauty products and bath and shower treats. All other regular features of our Coffee Morning will continuing as usual.
OUR “CARPENTER’S TRIBUTE BRUNCH” AT THE CLIFFS PAVILION WAS A GREAT SUCCESS.

…and a special COPES thanks for the many “Ahhhhhhh, relaxation moments” that we were treated to, by our lovely volunteer therapist, Sharon Earl of sharonearltherapies.com.

BOOKING NOW! We have got planning well under way for our fabulous Dinner Dance
on April 29th 2026 at The Roslin Beach Hotel, Southend.
Tickets £45 per person, payable on booking.
A three course meal, a DJ with dancing until midnight, a luxury raffle and a chance to meet friends, old and new.
Come as a single guest, or in a party of up to10. We can accommodate you.
