It will run alongside the normal Coffee Morning activities.
IN THE MIDDLE OF A HEATWAVE, WE’RE PLANNING CHRISTMAS!
If you, or any of your friends or family would like a stall at our BEST EVER CHRISTMAS FAYRE, on Saturday December 3rd from 10.00, please let us know. Stalls are free to members of COPES and their friends and family but a donation to COPES is requested.
We are also looking for Raffle Prizes for our GRAND CHRISTMAS RAFFLE.
…….speaking of Raffle Prizes, if you have any contacts who would be willing to donate prizes, services or vouchers for us to use for any of our events, including Coffee Mornings, please ask away. If you would like a letter, to say you’re officially acting on behalf of our COPES charity, Wendy can provide you with one of these. We always welcome these, and use them in our fundraising efforts.
Mindfulness Morning.
Following the success of our Mindfulness Morning, in June, sponsored by Jan our COPES member and friend, we were thinking about doing this again, sponsored by COPES.
It would be in a similar format, with a brief introduction to Mindfulness, some calming, meditative exercises to help you, followed by a delicious lunch at the Holiday Inn’s Rooftop Restaurant. This is very much at the planning stage at the moment and we would like to know what you think of the idea. Have a chat to those of us who were there in June. Let us know!
