This month marks our 100th newsletter since the present Exec committee were involved in the admin side of COPES.
We always welcome feedback about our communications or any COPES activities, present and future. We aim to support all our members.

February Coffee Morning/Support Group, Sat February 3rd.
All women with a gynae cancer diagnosis are welcome to the Southend Hospital Women’s Clinic in the Nightingale Centre.
Drop in any time between 10am and 1 pm.
We look forward to welcoming Kayleigh Donovan to accept our COPES donation of £2,000 towards the MSE Hospital’s Spotlight Appeal.
DINNER DANCE
On 24th April 2024 at the Roslin Beach Hotel, from 7 pm to midnight.
Tickets are now on sale from Sue and Denise, at £40 per person. This includes a 3 course meal, a DJ, dancing until late and a very special raffle. Tickets available at all COPES events or contact Sue or Denise for bookings and payments.
Friends and family are very welcome and you can pre-book a table of any number up to 12. COPES members who chose to come alone will be seated with other COPES members who are there…no-one will be on their own!
