New Treats!

As well as all our usual support and happenings, at the October Coffee Morning on 5 th October, in the Women’s Clinic at Southend Hospital, (10 till 1) our members Bev and Caroline are offering a new treat for COPES members.

Bev is a qualified podiatrist and Caroline is a qualified Foot Health Practitioner. They are offering a foot health check and routine treatments. Sign in at the coffee morning.

As always, all complementary therapies are at your own risk.

CLAY COTTAGE AFTERNOON TEA.

Saturday November 9 th at Clay Cottage, Lubbards Farm, Rayleigh. SS6 9QG. Come along, bring your family, especially the youngsters, and friends, for a wonderful afternoon of creativity and delicious afternoon tea. The tea is £9.50, payable on booking. You pay for what you make on the day. All the items are pre-made and are ready for you to paint. Items include delightful choices for those personalised Christmas presents. Prices start from £5 and prices depend on size.

Friday December 6 th at 2.00 pm.

Don’t forget to book up for our Christmas Afternoon Tea at the Cliffs Pavilion and to pay your £5 deposit. These are being taken at the October and November Coffee Mornings. The event is a free Christmas treat for COPES members, but we ask for a £5 deposit, in case of no-shows, (returnable for COPES members). The full price is £16 for guests, who are very welcome. DINNER DANCE 2020 – At The Roslin Beach Hotel
