Moving on Morning

COPES was thrilled to host a wonderful ‘Moving on Morning’ at the Royal Hotel, Southend on October 19th.

Everyone who attended found the morning very useful and enjoyable. Our sincere thanks go to our inspiring speakers, Pru Oliver and Natalie Tennant, also to Chris Roostan and Sue Soper who organised and hosted the event.

The food was absolutely delicious, enjoyed by all. Our thanks to the staff, especially the chef, Chris Reeve, at the Royal Hotel.

The event was made possible by a generous donation from Leigh Lions Club, our thanks to them and to their Chair, Eileen, who was our guest at the event.

Our December Support Group Meeting will be at the Hospital Women’s Clinic, with a special raffle…..that beautiful quilt….to be drawn, plus lots more goodies for the member’s raffle. We will have carols, everything Christmas themed, including, if you can, an outing for those Christmas jumpers! See you there on Saturday December 2nd from 10am till 1 pm.

All members are very welcome.
