COPES AUGUST NEWS 2019

August Coffee Morning
10.00 to 13.00 in the Women’s Clinic.
Saturday August 3rd. Any woman who has had a gynae cancer diagnosis is welcome.

Our thanks to Morrison’s Supermarket, Eastwood, for their thoughtful on-going support of COPES. Thank you!

Many thanks, also, to Donna Gull of Impressions Accessories for the generous donations she made to COPES after her sale of beautiful accessories and clothes at the July Coffee Morning. Look out for the next one on December 7th, when you’ll be all ready to shop for those thoughtful Christmas presents.

Next April….watch out for news of our fabulous Dinner Dance, on a Thursday in April, date to be confirmed. Prices will be £35 per head for a 3 course dinner, disco and grand raffle. All friends of COPES and Volunteers are welcome.

Christmas Cream Tea

We’re arranging another popular Christmas Cream Tea at the Cliff’s Pavilion in early December or late November. Firm dates and times will be sent to you as soon as possible. The event will be free to COPES members, but we will need to charge a fully refundable deposit of £10, in case of no-shows. Guests are very welcome and will be charged the full price of between £16 and £20 (to be confirmed)

It was lovely to get a card from Sally, thanking us for her card and gift. She sent us a couple of pictures of where she’s moved to. It looks a beautiful part of the world.
We’re so glad you’re settling in to your new home well, Sally xx
