COPEing with cancer

Thanks to Southend Soroptimists for adopting COPES (Cervical, Ovarian, Perineal, Endometrial Support) as their charity for the year. The group which meets on the first Saturday of each month from 10am-1pm in the Nightingale Centre was nominated by Christine Roostan, this year’s Soroptimist president and herself a COPES member.

The friendly meetings provide advice, information, realxation and support as well as complementary therapies such as reiki, reflexology and massage.
