We wish you a Happy and Healthy Christmas.
We welcome friends, old and new to our Christmas Coffee Morning/ Support Group on Saturday December 6th
Treats include free refreshments, including our festive ‘mulled no-wine’ cup of good cheer, cakes, a raffle, maybe some Bring and Buy Good-as-New items, complementary therapies, chat and Christmas music.
We will be at The Ekco Sports and Social Club, Southend, SS2 6PU between 10 am and 1 pm.
If you want to bring good-as-new gifts for selling to other members, please make sure that they are marked with a price.

THE ART OF ENJOYMENT!
Everyone thoroughly enjoyed the Pottery Painting Afternoon Tea held recently at Clay Cottage in Rayleigh. Many thanks to Sue for organising such a delightful event, a firm favourite with many members and their families.
£240 was raised for COPES funds.
Our thanks go to Nicola at Clay Cottage for her support of COPES.
For those who attended, the artwork will be ready to pick up at our next Coffee Morning.
